LOA!!!

I'm giddily happy! I'm feeling so blessed, a process that they said could take up to 3 months took a couple weeks and now today we found out that we received our LOA (letter of acceptance) from China a process that takes 3 to 6 weeks took only a few days! I know that our prayers are being answered! I seriously and half teasing told my Mom that I thought that my Grandma's who have passed away are helping us over in China so that we can bring Janeyi home! SO happy! And I promise to post the last half of our Portland trip soon!
