Shan Wei Orphanage Fundraiser

We are going to china to adopt our third child. Each time we go to China we try to do something for the orphanage. We asked the orphanage what they needed and they responded that they have a lot of children with cleft palates.

In China the government helps with the surgery,  but the care and feeding falls upon the orphanage staff and sometimes it is difficult for the child to get enough food. We are raising money to help take speciality bottles designed for children with “tiny wide smiles”. There is a group called CleftLine.org which will help us get the bottles and when we arrive in China we hope to add needed formula, diaper and cotton quilts.

If you have a few extra dollars and would like to help, we have setup a secure donation link  to transfer ANY amount. All the money will go to this project.  ENDS Nov 2012.

Thank you so much for caring for the children and stay tuned as we share this wonderful adventure!
